Non-elective surgery is often complete within the atmosphere of a traditional hospital setting in order to save a patient's life from cardiac arrest, seizures and even physical damage that may have been caused by any type of accident. Many times, non-elective surgeries happen due to accidents, giving the doctors minimal time to help the patient in order to ensure he or she is capable of recovering without the loss of life. Non-elective surgeries are mostly last minute and assist in the process of rebuilding the patient's normal body functions.
